1) Do you want to grow your business? Seems like a no-brainer question – and trust me that I’m not trying to insult your intelligence. You’d be surprised how many business owners are OK with the status quo – they haven’t acknowledged that they want growth or they’re perfectly fine with the level of business they’re getting. I only work with business owners and entrepreneurs who are determined to grow their business. If you don’t pursue growth, we won’t be a good match.

2) Are you committed to achieving superior results? My results are only as strong as the committment my clients make to achieving them. If you aren’t committed, then it won’t matter if you’ve got a marketing advisor in your corner. 

3) Do you have the time? As you know, achieving superior results in anything takes a commitment of time and resources. Ever reached a weight loss goal? Well then you know that it took a commitment of time and energy to achieve it. Growing your business is no different. And because of this, I require a 3-month minimum commitment from my clients. If you can’t commit to this, then you won’t be a good candidate for this service. And believe me, this requirement is in place for your benefit – not mine.

4) Do you have the budget? If you’re barely scraping by right now – don’t hire me. If you can’t afford to pay your bills then now isn’t the time to invest in hiring me as your advisor. Why? Because you won’t be focused and we won’t achieve the results you’ll want. Please only consider hiring me if you have the budget.

When you hire me as your Virtual Director of Marketing you’re buying 10 hours of my time each month. We’ll meet remotely at pre-arranged times each week to focus on growing your business. Our meeting will be virtual – meaning that we’ll meet over video-conference (e.g., Skype) or phone. (For those of you based in the Los Angeles area, we may be able to meet in-person.)

Depending on what stage your business is in (Start-up vs. Established), we’ll develop strategies than you can implement immediately to further the growth of your business. Yes, I’ll be your Virtual Director of Marketing… but the scope of our focus is probably much broader than what you’re thinking. It’s not just online marketing. It’s not just social media. It’s the broader scope of business. For instance, we’ll focus on areas that will pump-up your bottom line, which include:

  • Finding more customers
  • Increasing purchase size
  • Increasing the number of times that your customers buy from you

These are just a few examples of how I can serve you as your Virtual Director of Marketing. 

The cost to hire me is $800 per month. I also require a 3-month minimum commitment from you because results are hard to create without building a strong foundation for them – which will take some time. So to sum it up, your investment of $800 per month buys 10 hours of my time each month. When you choose to hire me as your Virtual Director of Marketing your initial investment is $2,400 because there’s a 3-month minimum commitment. All costs are paid at the beginning of the month each month (I don’t require the full $2,400 to be paid upfront).

Once I’ve incurred 5 hours of time working on your behalf, we’ll compare your original expectations against the services I’m giving you. Since I would’ve invested 5 hours of my time working on your behalf, I would essentially be giving you $400 worth of my consulting services at no charge if you’re not completely convinced that I would serve your needs well.
